Justin has been with Cloud 9 since 2016, overseeing service, production, programming, and procurement. His path into the field was shaped by circumstance, but he’s made it his own. In his free time, he enjoys working on personal projects, spending time outdoors, and listening to podcasts. He’s also fascinated by philosophy, ancient civilizations, and megalithic structures. His dream destination? Kailasha Temple and the Ellora Caves in India.

Matt has been with Cloud 9 for five years, bringing his passion for technology and sound to the service team. He discovered home automation in 2016 and never looked back. In his free time, he spends winters traveling and snowboarding, while summers are for soccer, disc golf, hiking, and mushroom hunting. Fun fact? He’s never ridden a horse—but he has ridden a camel! His dream trip? The Italian coastline in the summer.

Caitlyn has been with Cloud 9 since its inception, marking a full 10 years with the company. While she wears many hats—including cheerleader, social responsibilities, and marketing—her heart lies in supporting the company's mission and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She also co-owns Pristine Living Co, specializing in Air & Water Filtration. One of her favorite moments was when a technician chose to work for Cloud 9 over other companies based on its reputation in the industry. It was a proud moment that affirmed Cloud 9 is "The Place" to work. In her free time, Caitlyn enjoys mountain biking in Fruita, powder skiing with her family, and sipping coffee around the campsite. A fun fact? Her visit to Rocky Mountain National Park in 1997 forever connected her soul to Colorado, and it solidified her pact to live here. Caitlyn’s dream vacation? Traveling locally within the stunning mountain landscapes—dusty trails, wildflower meadows, creeks, waterfalls, hot springs, and ski areas.

Aron has been with Cloud 9 for nearly 9 years, bringing his expertise and passion for music and technology to his role as Lead Technical Designer. His work combines creativity and technical know-how to design and implement exceptional systems for clients. When he's not working, Aron enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, from skiing and rafting to mountain biking. He’s also a live music enthusiast, always attending concerts when he can. Fun fact? He has a unique collection of masks from around the world. His dream destination? Curacao.

April has been with Cloud 9 since 2018 and became a full-time team member in 2021. As Controller, she oversees accounting, finance, and HR. She was drawn to Cloud 9 not just for the field but for the team and culture of growth and support. Outside of work, she loves hiking, fly fishing, and yoga. She spends most of her time with her family, including her young son and Newfoundland dog. Fun fact? She knows how to tap dance! Her dream destination? New Zealand’s South Island.

Lisa has been with Cloud 9 for four years, handling client communications, scheduling, and troubleshooting. She found her way into this field through a unique path—from marketing to tech and integrated systems. Outside of work, she enjoys silversmithing and leatherworking. In another life, she’d be in the movie industry. Her dream destination? Everywhere in Italy.

Daniel has been with Cloud 9 for 7 years, taking on a broad range of responsibilities as a Technical Specialist. From the initial design phase to final system checks, his expertise spans wire termination, device setup and configuration, programming, networking, troubleshooting, and service checks. After serving in the Air Force and working on advanced aircraft systems, Daniel found his passion in home technology. The transition from cutting-edge aviation systems to state-of-the-art home automation was a natural fit. In his free time, Daniel enjoys ATVing, snowmobiling, camping, and watching movies in his home theater. He’s also an avid gamer. Fun fact? He’s not your typical “nerd.” His dream destination? Japan.

Diego has been with Cloud 9 for four years, managing procurement and warehouse operations. He was inspired to join the field by the people around him. In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his family and biking. A fun fact? He jokes that his bad English keeps things interesting! His top travel destinations are Ireland and Italy.

Liam joined Cloud 9 in October 2020, bringing his leadership skills and expertise in project management and production to the team. As Project Manager and Lead Technician, he oversees the execution of key projects while managing staff to ensure smooth operations. Outside of work, Liam is an outdoor enthusiast, always finding time to enjoy activities and explore new destinations. Born and raised in Hayden, he's passionate about staying connected to the Yampa Valley. Fun fact? He’s always dreamt of traveling to Africa!
