Client Care Plan

is designed to detect, diagnose, and oftentimes resolve problems without the need for an on-site service call. It makes use of diagnostic and troubleshooting tools that alert our service team when a problem occurs. It is a proactive approach to service that not only maximizes network uptime but protects your investment by ensuring your system is properly maintained to perform at its optimal level.

AUTOMATION/ CONTROL

Touch panels, remote controls, processors, and RF repeaters along with programming configurations that provide control and automation of the home systems below.

AUDIO/VIDEO

Video displays and projectors, speakers, audio/video distribution switchers, amplifiers, audio/video extenders and source equipment.

NETWORKING

Network routers, switches, wifi access points

LIGHTING

Lighting control processors, dimmers, switches, fixtures, keypads, RF repeaters and other required accessory hardware along with programming configuration.

SHADING

Shades and shade hardware, control processors, and RF repeaters and other required accessory hardware along with programming configuration.

If the system does not have the required network monitoring and/or rebootable power equipment, Cloud 9 will provide a proposal based on necessary labor and materials to build this into your system. If Cloud 9 does not have documentation of your network and/or rebootable power equipment, we will charge an hourly rate for creating documentation.

If the technician discovers or determines that there are current or potential problems with the covered equipment, Cloud 9 will prepare a written work order requesting that the client authorize all necessary labor, materials and replacement parts. The work order will reflect all such time and materials necessary to perform the work based on the current hourly labor rate.

*Cloud 9 will assess the systems in the home to determine the systems and components that will be included or excluded from the plan.
