Security Systems

For intrusion detection, contact sensors are installed on doors and windows to detect if they are open. Motion detectors are installed in key locations for alerts of physical presence. Glass break sensors can also be installed for rapid alert of forced intrusion.

Heat detectors are tied in to detect fires in areas that are naturally smoky or dusty, such as kitchens, garages, and basements. You can also family’s well-being by monitoring carbon monoxide, natural gas and LP gas.

Home Protection

To protect your home and belongings from mechanical failures, sensors can be installed in sensitive areas. Water sensors can be located under sinks, near boilers. Additionally a water shut off system can be tied in to cut off all water to the house upon an alarm event or at the press of a button. Freeze and heat detectors are also commonly used in locations.

Video Surveillance

With cameras in and around your home, you can monitor activities on any device whether you’re in the house or halfway around the globe. Activity is documented on a digital recorder so you can play back at your convenience.

Door entry systems can be standalone or integrated into your phone system, so that when someone rings the doorbell, your phone rings. You can pick up to speak to the visitor, or press a button to open the gate.Add video capability, and you can see who’s there.

Automated Door Locks

An automated door lock is a convenient way to allow housekeepers and maintenance people access to your home. It is smart enough to report to your security system when someone enters or exits the house, as well as which passcode was used. You can receive a text or email when this happens which is a great way to know when people come and go.
